Enrolment Policy 

Enrolment is open to all families, subject to availability and completion of the enrolment process.

 

To secure a place, families must:

• Complete the enrolment form in full

• Provide required documentation (birth certificate/ID, emergency contacts, medical information if applicable)

• Pay the enrolment fee and deposit

 

Enrolment Fee

A one-time enrolment fee of $40 is required to process and secure your child’s place. This fee is non-refundable.

(This may be waived for promotional or founding family offers.)

Deposit

A deposit equivalent to one week of fees is required to confirm enrolment. This deposit is applied toward your child’s fees and is non-refundable if enrolment is cancelled without adequate notice.

 

Places are allocated based on:

• child’s age

• preferred days

• availability

 

Nadi Montessori Early Learning reserves the right to place children in appropriate groups based on developmental stage and classroom availability.

 

2. Enrolment Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions of Enrolment

By enrolling your child at Nadi Montessori Early Learning, families agree to the following:

 

1. Confirmation of Place

A child’s place is only confirmed once:

• enrolment form is completed

• required documents are submitted

• enrolment fee and deposit are received

 

2. Cancellation

If a family chooses not to proceed after securing a place:

• deposits are non-refundable if less than one week’s notice is given before start date

• enrolment fee is non-refundable

 

3. Fees

Fees must be paid in advance according to the agreed schedule. Continued attendance is subject to fees being up to date.

 

4. Attendance Schedule

Booked days are reserved specifically for your child and cannot be transferred or refunded if missed.

 

5. Policy Updates

Nadi Montessori Early Learning may update policies or fees with reasonable notice to families.
